We want the opportunity to provide you with more than our catering services. 2020 was an opportunity to take a big step back and be grateful for everything that we have and on top of that list was Terrene, our fresh-fast-casual restaurant located in the heart of Station Square. The space is intimate with great lighting and a patio. With a great foundation to work with we chose to turn our restaurant into an intimate event venue that would provide our clients with a completely private space of their own for their special occasion.
Menus Starting At $30 Per Person
$1,500 food and beverage minimum applies
Rental Cost: $300
Minimum $1,500 food and beverage minimum for 4-hour rental (includes 1 hour for set-up/tear-down; 3 hours of service).
No outside food or beverage permitted.
Includes servers and bartender.
Specifics with Existing Furniture:
Interior -
9 tables that will seat 4 guests
26 chairs
12 bar chairs for perimeter bar seating
Patio -
5 tables that will seat 2 guests
1 table (2 tables together) that will seat 6 guests
Specifics with Rented Furniture:
Cocktail or Reception Style for 50 guests
Seated or Plated Style for 30 guests
Both set-ups calculates a 6-foot bar placed at the corner of the restaurant. There would also be space for a reception or check-in table along with space for coat check. There is one shared guest bathroom available.
Parking:
There are two outdoor lots located on either end of Station Square. There is also a parking garage located across from the Sheraton. There is street parking available within Station Square in front of the Glasshouse Apartments.
