Kimberley Ashlee Catering is proud to be the exclusive caterer at Quantum Spirits to provide a cohesive experience between their scientifically reinvented cocktails and food. Events can be customized to include a distillery tour and tasting.
$500 minimum on partial closing and weekdays. $800 on weekends.

Seating for up to 60 guests.
Cocktail Class: Best for parties of 30 or less. Guests will receive a hands-on demonstration and learn to stir and shake like a pro. One of Quantum Spirits' expert bartenders will lead guests through cocktail basics such as spirit pairings, making simple syrups, and tailoring bitters, salinity and acids in their cocktail creation.
Distillery Tour: Best for parties of 40 or less. Guests receive a tour with one of Quantum Spirits' distillers. The tour includes a welcome cocktail, overview of their operations, time for a special Q&A and guided tasting of our favorite spirits.
