The ‘Burgh now has a food truck, Chop Shop Salad Shop by Kimberley Ashlee Catering, serving the freshest ingredients straight from local farms and purveyors. As of March 2017, Chop Shop began serving salads created from locally-sourced vegetables, and responsibly raised proteins and dairy products from Pennsylvania with the exception of their coho salmon from Ohio. The food truck will be traveling to businesses, parks, and events throughout the city and suburbs, tweeting and utilizing social media along the way.
